Description

You will design, build, and improve automation frameworks for UI and API testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation frameworks using modern standards to test UI and APIs.
• Collaborate with BAs and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical test plans.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to resolve incidents.
• Prepare and manage test data through mocking and service-level data preparation.
• Execute end-to-end testing and write comprehensive test cases and summary reports.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a QA or SDET.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, TOSCA, and Selenium.
• Proficiency in Core Java for automation scripting.
• Experience testing and automating APIs using Postman and SoapUI.
• Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira.
• Experience with test management tools such as Zephyr, ALM, or X-ray.
• Familiarity with TDD or BDD practices.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps CI/CD pipelines including Azure, AWS, Jenkins, Maven, or GitLab.

Preferred Skills

• Mainframe experience including green screen navigation, VSAM lookups, and JCL jobs.
