Ensure developed solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects through manual and automated testing in Lansing, MI.

Responsibilities

• Translate Agile User Stories and functional design documents into actionable test cases, scripts, and scenarios.
• Develop Agile testing strategies and comprehensive test plans for multiple related projects.
• Manage the full defect lifecycle, including identification, remediation tracking, and maintaining traceability to user stories.
• Prepare test data and verify QA environment readiness, including interface applications.
• Coordinate with product owners to obtain sprint sign-offs and work with developers to ensure requirement alignment.

Required Skills

• 7 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing using manual and automation methods.
• 7 years of experience testing Java-based applications and Oracle databases.
• 7 years of experience developing Agile testing strategies and test plans for multiple projects.
• 7 years of experience working both independently and within team environments.
• 5 years of experience in Agile and Waterfall development project implementations.
• 5 years of experience writing and documenting test cases in Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools.
• 5 years of experience reviewing and translating Agile User Stories into test scripts.
• Bachelor's Degree.
