Job Responsibilities include:
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of embedded software applications used in appliance control systems and PCB-based products.
Execute test cases and validate software developed in C, C++, Python, and Java environments to ensure quality, reliability, and performance.
Analyze electrical schematics and hardware documentation to understand system functionality and support embedded software testing activities.
Identify, document, track, and verify software defects while collaborating with development teams to resolve issues effectively.
Utilize testing and version control tools, including GitHub, to manage test artifacts, review code changes, and support continuous quality improvement.
Support product validation efforts by troubleshooting software and hardware interactions, maintaining test documentation, and contributing to overall product quality and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
0-3 years of experience in Software Testing, Embedded Software Development, Quality Assurance, or Electronics/Embedded Systems environments.
Familiarity with embedded software testing and programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or Java, along with the ability to understand electronic schematics and PCB-based systems.
Experience with defect tracking, test execution, and version control tools such as GitHub, coupled with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive learning mindset
