You will oversee quality control and testing practices across multiple teams, focusing on strategy, coordination, and audit rather than hands-on execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing practices across teams by collecting test data and evidence.
• Develop and maintain test strategy traceability across various testing types.
• Audit team testing practices against standard requirements to draft performance scorecards.
• Provide technical recommendations and resources to teams to close identified quality gaps.
• Communicate findings and follow up with engineering teams and leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing.
• Deep understanding of Test Strategy.
• Experience with Unit Testing.
• Experience with Performance Testing.
• Experience with Functional Testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting to leadership.
• Ability to conduct targeted interviews regarding testing methodologies and evidence collection.
• Proven ability to manage follow-ups and cross-team coordination.
