Description

Lead quality assurance efforts for web, cloud, and enterprise applications, managing defect lifecycles and test coverage across the SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review functional and design specifications to identify test requirements and map test case coverage.
• Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases, test scripts, test data, and validation artifacts.
• Execute manual and automated test cases, report results, and document software defects.
• Manage the defect log, triage issues with developers, and communicate status to project participants.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and review user documentation for clarity and alignment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of demonstrated QA experience, including leading QA teams.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Web Services, HTML, JavaScript, and VBScript.
• Experience with COTS, SaaS, and Cloud applications.
• Knowledge of version control systems and all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
• Ability to create test data sets that mimic real-world scenarios.
• Proficiency in creating and executing database queries to extract relevant data.
• Demonstrated experience working with clients and technical teams for defect resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience facilitating test plan and test case reviews with cross-functional teams.
