You own the quality assurance lifecycle for customized software solutions, ensuring they meet critical business functions and client requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for functional, automation, integration, and regression testing.
• Write and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and ACCELQ based on user stories.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and clients to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Validate test results against database schemas and perform API testing to ensure data integrity.
• Manage the defect lifecycle using JIRA, ensuring proper documentation and resolution tracking.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing and QA within an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks, specifically Selenium and ACCELQ.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and version control systems.
• Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools, particularly JIRA.
• Knowledge of database schemas and API testing methodologies.
• Ability to interpret wireframes in Figma/XD and perform cross-browser and usability testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience ensuring compliance with government security standards.
