Description

You will lead quality assurance for e-commerce platforms, managing automation strategies and a team of offshore engineers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automated testing strategies, plans, and cases for e-commerce websites.
• Create and execute automated test suites and scalable frameworks.
• Coordinate with development and product management for timely issue resolution.
• Mentor and lead offshore QA automation engineers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in software quality assurance, including 3+ years in test automation.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing offshore teams.
• Experience testing large, complex e-commerce sites.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
• Familiarity with Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
• Experience with Cucumber JS.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
