Description

Responsibilities  

• Lead and manage a QA team of approximately 4 Manual and Automation Testers.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assign tasks, manage priorities and ensure timely delivery of testing activities.
• Provide professional guidance, mentoring and ongoing support to team members.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, business stakeholders and other relevant teams.
• Define and maintain QA processes, methodologies and standards.
• Monitor testing progress, identify risks and issues, and provide status updates.
• Support the implementation and improvement of test automation processes and practices.
• Ensure high standards of quality, coverage and documentation.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven experience in QA Team Leadership / QA Management.
• Previous experience managing and leading a team of QA professionals.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Practical understanding of test automation, including automation tools, frameworks and best practices.
• Experience working with both Manual and Automation Testing teams.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a complex organizational environment.
• Experience working with large organizations or enterprise/government environments – an advantage.
• Fluent Hebrew and good English.
