Description

Lead QA engineering efforts for enterprise applications, ensuring system availability, scalability, and resilience. You will own the release pipeline, automate testing processes, and resolve complex engineering problems through analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and debug CSG product applications using C#/.NET, Java, or Python.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Terraform, and Chef on AWS.
• Resolve complex engineering issues and perform release testing with end-user interface.
• Coach team members and drive continuous improvement through scripting and automation.
• Maintain technical documentation and assist with on-site client troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years experience working with AWS cloud services.
• 2+ years experience with TCL language.
• 2+ years experience working on a DevOps team.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, Java, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Jenkins, and Chef.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and Linux/Windows environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C++, Groovy, Ruby, XSLT, or bash scripting.
• Ability to troubleshoot in a 24-hour on-call setting.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum roles.
