Description

Lead quality assurance for web-based medical applications, owning test strategy, execution, and process improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual test plans and test cases for web applications.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and system-level testing.
• Document and report test results and defects in compliance with medical device regulations.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and Product teams to ensure quality standards.
• Mentor junior verification engineers and drive improvements in verification processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing, preferably in medical devices or regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with client-server architecture.
• Proficiency with test management tools like Jira.
• Knowledge of risk management and traceability matrices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with medical device standards (ISO 13485).
