Description

Manage and drive the QA automation engineering function, focusing on technical quality, framework architecture, and team mentorship.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA automation engineers, ensuring technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Architect, design, and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks for web applications and APIs.
• Drive Shift Left testing by participating in design and requirement reviews.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts and integrate suites into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in QA and Test Automation within the IT industry.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver (Java), TestNG, Cucumber (BDD), and REST Assured.
• Proficiency with Postman and Squish (Python) for testing.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Experience leading QA teams and managing delivery in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD integration and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with API testing in distributed systems.
• Experience managing code repositories using GitHub.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline management.
