Description

You will lead QA automation strategy and ensure high-quality software delivery through technical leadership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain reusable automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to QA automation engineers across multiple projects.
• Establish best coding and testing practices for framework maintainability and scalability.
• Own automation architecture decisions and drive continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Define, implement, and monitor QA metrics and KPIs for quality deliverables.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in QA, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium, Playwright, and API Automation tools.
• Strong programming knowledge in Java and/or JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of TestNG, data-driven testing, and parallel execution.
• Proven ability to design scalable automation frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub) and version control.
• Strong SQL skills for backend validation.
