Description

You will own the identification and resolution of mobile quality issues reported from market streams including Carrier, VOC, Supply Chain, and Network Performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform stationary and field testing to reproduce reported mobile product issues.
• Provide technical support to client carriers' marketing and engineering personnel.
• Communicate with internal R&D, carriers, and customers to follow up on market reports.
• Track, collect, and analyze network KPI and quality data during major issues.
• Manage master data through regular creation, updates, and deletion.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the wireless industry or Mobile QA.
• Mobile Testing expertise.
• Familiarity with LTE and IMS/VoLTE protocols.
• Knowledge of Android infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java.
• Ability to write and review test cases.
• Strong analytical skills for extracting insights from complex datasets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or predictive analytics.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis, decision analysis, and process mapping.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience required.
