Description

Lead testing efforts to ensure software quality and system stability through rigorous plan design and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures to validate system modifications.
• Develop testing programs addressing database impacts, software scenarios, and usability.
• Document and report software defects using bug tracking systems while monitoring resolution efforts.
• Identify, analyze, and document issues regarding program function, output, and content.
• Plan test schedules and strategies aligned with project scope and delivery dates.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Basic, Linux, and JavaScript.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Knowledge of computer hardware including circuit boards, processors, and chips.
• Familiarity with engineering science, design techniques, and technical blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and independent time management skills.
• Ability to mentor team members and provide constructive performance feedback.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior team members.
