Description

You will split your time between Tier 2 technical support and software testing. You own the verification of enterprise systems, web applications, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement testing strategies for enterprise systems.
• Execute manual and automated test cases to verify functionality, performance, and security.
• Identify and implement process improvements to resolve bottlenecks in test frameworks.
• Report, track, and manage defects through grooming sessions.
• Perform root cause investigations to communicate complex technical issues to engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or technical support.
• Proficiency in manual testing and standard software testing methodologies.
• Experience with test planning and execution for web applications and APIs.
• Strong root cause investigation and analytical skills.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and systems to analyze information.
• Proven problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Strong data gathering and organization skills.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with field teams, partners, and customers.

Preferred Skills

• University degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
