Description

You will support software quality assurance efforts by executing test plans and ensuring system integrity within a Salesforce environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and scripts based on project requirements.
• Test system modifications and enhancements to prepare them for production release.
• Create and maintain testing documentation including test plans, scripts, and result summaries.
• Use Jira and Confluence to track software defects and follow up with development teams on resolution.
• Identify and document functional issues, usability problems, or performance inconsistencies.

Required Skills

• 0–2 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, specifically Financial Services Cloud.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for defect tracking and documentation.
• Ability to write clear, concise test documentation and results reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret test outcomes.
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of databases and backend testing.
• Familiarity with usability testing and customer-centric test scenarios.
• ISTQB Foundation Level or similar certifications.
