Description

You will manage end-to-end quality assurance processes for WCB applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans, strategies, scripts, scenarios, and test matrices.
• Manage defects using HP ALM and JIRA to ensure efficient tracking and resolution.
• Execute tests, analyze results, and generate reports to identify system issues.
• Perform back-end testing including data validation, data analysis, and data migration.
• Estimate testing efforts to ensure project deadlines are met within the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Proficiency with HP ALM and JIRA.
• Strong experience with SQL query execution for back-end testing.
• Expertise in data validation, data analysis, and data migration.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven ability to work within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium or TestNG.
• Experience in performance testing and optimizing test execution.
• Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards related to WCB applications.
