Provide advanced hands-on expertise with Tricentis TOSCA.

Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases using TOSCA.

Establish reusable components and automation assets.

Apply TOSCA best practices for test design and automation development.

Support integration of TOSCA with enterprise testing and development processes.

Leverage the broader Tricentis suite where applicable.

CI/CD Integration

Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Establish automation execution standards within development and deployment workflows.

Work with DevOps and development teams to ensure automated tests are executed effectively throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Support continuous testing and automated quality gates.

Identify opportunities to improve automation execution, reporting, and feedback cycles.

Software Testing

Apply strong software testing principles and methodologies to automation initiatives.

Support functional, regression, integration, and other appropriate testing activities.

Analyze test results and identify defects, failures, and automation issues.

Troubleshoot automated test failures and determine root causes.

Ensure test automation provides reliable and meaningful quality coverage.

Participate in test planning and quality strategy discussions.

Mentoring & Technical Leadership

Mentor and guide junior QA testers.

Provide hands-on guidance in:

Test script creation

TOSCA automation

Automation techniques

Test design

Troubleshooting

Architectural best practices

Conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions.

Review automation solutions and provide constructive technical feedback.

Promote consistent testing and automation practices across the QA team.

Documentation & Standards

Develop and maintain automation architecture documentation.

Document automation standards, framework design, reusable components, and implementation guidelines.

Create technical documentation for test automation processes and procedures.

Establish standards that promote maintainability, reusability, and consistency.

Contribute to QA strategy, testing standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA.

3+ years of experience in test automation solution architecture.

5+ years of hands-on test automation experience.

7+ years of overall software testing experience.

Strong understanding of software QA and testing methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to design scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.

Strong understanding of test automation architecture and best practices.

Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD environments.

Ability to mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical leadership.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
