Description

You will own the quality assurance processes, test framework architecture, and automation pipelines for our products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review product requirements to develop test matrices and comprehensive testing documentation.
• Build and maintain test plans, test cases, and bug reports while managing the bug lifecycle.
• Automate manual tests and assist in architecting and implementing scalable test frameworks.
• Integrate automation testing into CI and discovery pipelines to maintain fast feedback loops.
• Collaborate across groups to resolve issues and conduct root cause analysis for failures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA experience with a BS or higher degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Proficiency in validating web-based UIs and RESTful APIs via code.
• Working command of Python programming language and Shell/Unix/Linux scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including building and handling them.
• Familiarity with networking protocols and cloud infrastructure support (e.g., Grafana).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Rich experience in test case development and failure root cause analysis.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering or fine-tuning.
• Strong attention to detail, data analysis, and knowledge of quality standards.
