Description

You will own the testing lifecycle for Regulatory Reporting, collaborating with global teams to ensure solution quality.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define test scope and strategies by analyzing business requirements in the Regulatory Reporting domain.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Investigate failures, track defects, and ensure timely closure through effective defect management.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
• Provide guidance on testing best practices and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Software Testing, Test Management, or Test Automation.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management processes.
• Hands-on experience with functional, integration, and regression testing techniques.
• Proficiency in Python for automation or scripting purposes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts.
• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting, Transaction Reporting, OTC Derivatives, and Post-Trade Processing.
• Understanding of banking and financial services domain, including trade lifecycle and asset classes.
