Description

Lead end-to-end manual testing for enterprise banking applications, ensuring rigorous quality standards in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute comprehensive manual test cycles including functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and execution strategies to validate software applications and data integrity.
• Validate backend data using complex SQL queries and stored procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify, document, and track defects using HP ALM and JIRA, collaborating closely with developers and product owners.
• Support UAT cycles and production validation while ensuring compliance with QA standards and data protection requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on manual testing experience with strong expertise in test planning and execution.
• Mandatory prior experience in the banking or financial services domain.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data validation.
• Hands-on experience with HP ALM and JIRA for defect management and tracking.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and document technical issues effectively.
• Experience with MySQL database systems.
