Description

Lead end-to-end manual testing for enterprise banking applications in Agile environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute manual test cycles including functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Develop test plans and execution strategies to validate software applications and data integrity.
• Validate backend data using complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Identify, document, and track defects using HP ALM and JIRA.
• Support UAT cycles and production validation while ensuring compliance with QA standards.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on manual testing experience.
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services domain.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data validation.
• Hands-on experience with HP ALM and JIRA for defect management.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with MySQL database systems.
