Description

You will lead a testing team of 5-6 members to assess software quality through structured QA activities. You own the release quality for healthcare software products.

Responsibilities

• Review software requirements and prepare comprehensive test plans.
• Execute tests and ensure all activities are documented according to accepted standards.
• Report defects and prepare detailed test reports.
• Lead onsite, offshore, and client meetings to coordinate testing efforts.
• Manage testing workflows using VSTS/AzureDevOps.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant software testing experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a Test Lead role.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for test automation.
• Proficiency in Agile environments.
• Experience with VSTS or AzureDevOps for test management.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to prepare industry-standard test plans and execution reports.
• Experience working within the healthcare domain.
• Capacity to work flexible hours for offshore and client overlap.
