Description

Lead QA efforts for modular and microservices systems, ensuring quality and integrity through automated testing strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA testers to manage deliverables and testing strategies.
• Design and execute automated test cases using Leapwork across UI, API, and database layers.
• Integrate test cases into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and deployment.
• Coordinate with vendor teams to align testing processes and resolve technical issues.
• Perform root cause analysis on defects and maintain detailed documentation of test results.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on automated testing.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience using Leapwork.
• Proven experience testing modular and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in UI testing, API testing, and SQL for data validation.
• Experience writing and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticket management.
• Strong background in functional, integration, and performance testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Leapwork.
