Description

Lead quality assurance efforts across the entire software development lifecycle, managing test teams and ensuring product quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead triage sessions, tracking, prioritizing, and managing defects throughout the system development life cycle.
• Create metrics to measure application quality and track defects, ensuring exit criteria are met.
• Act as the primary liaison between IT, business users, and the development team to secure final business sign-off.
• Mentor and train QA team members on testing methodologies and best practices.
• Organize and present complex technical information regarding testing status and outcomes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of testing experience, including time as a QA Lead managing test teams.
• Proven experience testing within a Salesforce environment.
• Strong proficiency in QA automation testing and scripting.
• Experience writing and executing test cases and developing comprehensive test plans.
• Ability to generate manual and automated test scripts aligned with business requirements.
• Experience across unit, integration, regression, smoke, UAT, system, stress, and load/performance testing.
• Experience overseeing defect management and reporting testing data.
