Description

Lead the automation strategy and support continuous delivery for the application team.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the overall automation strategy for the application under test.
• Support the application team in continuous delivery efforts and code review meetings.
• Guide other testers in approach design, script development, and execution.
• Analyze and communicate test results and defect resolution tasks to stakeholders.
• Influence stakeholders to adopt automation practices to improve software development efficiency.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of proven experience in test automation.
• Proficiency in Java and Selenium.
• Experience with BDD, TDD, Cucumber, and Gherkin.
• Strong experience in API automation using REST Assured or Karate.
• Hands-on experience with both front-end and backend automation.
• Knowledge of databases including DB2, MongoDB, or Snowflake.
• Ability to write SQL queries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with file handling in Java.
• Knowledge or experience with Cypress.
• AWS certification.
