Description

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers across multiple projects while defining test strategies and optimizing quality processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and test cases aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Drive test optimization, test data management, and test environment setup across projects.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of automation frameworks and tools.
• Track and report QA metrics, including defect density and test execution progress.
• Improve QA processes and collaborate with development, product management, and DevOps teams.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a QA leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit for test automation.
• Experience with API testing using Postman and Karate.
• Proven experience in eCommerce domain testing.
• Expertise in test design techniques, test case optimization, and test data management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work with QA metrics and reporting tools.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience mentoring junior QA engineers.
