You will lead quality assurance efforts, focusing on test automation strategy and team mentorship.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage automation scripts using Python and Robot Framework.
• Optimize test suites and maintain automation frameworks with reusable libraries.
• Integrate automation processes into CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop detailed test scenarios from business requirements for UAT, regression, and integration testing.
• Mentor the team on testing guidelines and technologies.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in QA with strong automation exposure.
• Expertise with Robot Framework.
• Strong scripting skills in Python.
• Knowledge of Playwright for browser automation.
• Experience with UI and API automation.
• Proficiency with Jira for defect tracking and lifecycle management.
• Solid understanding of GitHub.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
