Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a testing team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Manage stakeholders and oversee project governance.
• Drive defect triage processes and ensure timely closures.
• Use JIRA for traceability, test case creation, and defect management.
• Execute manual testing and support automation efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality analysis.
• Deep domain knowledge in Banking, specifically Retail Lending Collection and Recovery.
• Experience testing retail lending collection products.
• Proven ability to manage teams and guide test deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder management and project governance experience.
• Proficiency with JIRA for defect management and traceability.
• Hands-on experience with Manual Testing.
• Experience with Test Automation using Selenium.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail lending product lifecycles.
