job responsibilities include:

Lead and manage quality assurance activities across Agile delivery teams within the Wealth Management domain.

Review, analyze, and dissect business and functional requirements to ensure test coverage and quality alignment.

Drive testing efforts for conversion programs, including planning, execution, and validation.

Coordinate manual and automated testing activities and ensure alignment with delivery timelines.

Manage and drive defect triage, prioritization, and closure in collaboration with development and business teams.

Provide strong stakeholder management, obtaining commitment and alignment on quality goals and delivery plans.

Work effectively within offshore and onshore delivery models, ensuring clear communication and accountability.

Utilize JIRA and XRAY for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.

Communicate testing status, risks, and quality metrics clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

8–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Testing, with at least 6+ years in the Wealth Management domain.

Strong experience working in Agile ways of working.

Proven experience leading conversion testing programs.

Hands‑on experience in manual testing and test automation.

Strong experience in JIRA and XRAY test management tools.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Experience driving quality initiatives across distributed offshore/onshore teams
