Description

Lead quality assurance activities across Agile delivery teams within the Wealth Management domain, ensuring test coverage and quality alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA activities for conversion programs, including planning, execution, and validation.
• Review and analyze business and functional requirements to define comprehensive test coverage.
• Coordinate manual and automated testing efforts to align with delivery timelines.
• Drive defect triage, prioritization, and closure in collaboration with development and business teams.
• Communicate testing status, risks, and quality metrics clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Testing.
• 6+ years of experience specifically within the Wealth Management domain.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and ways of working.
• Hands-on experience in both manual testing and test automation.
• Proficiency in JIRA and XRAY for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Proven experience leading conversion testing programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience driving quality initiatives across distributed offshore and onshore teams.
