Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts across the full software lifecycle, owning test strategy and execution for digital banking and contact center systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate functional and API tests using established tools to ensure system reliability.
• Validate features across IVR, Live Chat, Web, and Mobile applications.
• Trace and manage defects across integrated banking and contact center systems.
• Manage UAT processes and coordinate test data requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional testing experience.
• Proficiency in functional automation using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, or Python.
• Experience with API testing tools including Rest Assured, SoapUI, or Postman.
• Hands-on experience with build tools like Gradle and Maven.
• Proficiency with version control using Git.
• Knowledge of defect tracking in tools like Jira.
• Understanding of contact center operations and digital banking workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience leading QA teams in regulated environments.
