Description

Lead a QA team to deliver high-quality software through integrated manual and automated testing strategies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for software delivery.
• Lead and mentor QA engineers, promoting best practices in testing and automation.
• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
• Collaborate with development and product management teams to define requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proven experience as a Test Lead with a focus on automation.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium.
• Experience with Jenkins and GitLab.
• Exposure to AWS or related cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working closely with Automation Leads and cross-functional stakeholders.
