Description

Lead end-to-end testing for a large-scale Medicaid Enterprise System, managing SIT and UAT teams and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own the test management process, creating and maintaining test plans, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Direct SIT and UAT teams, mentoring testers on case creation and execution.
• Drive the defect management process and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality metrics are met.
• Review test scenarios, cases, and data to ensure complete requirements coverage.
• Gather and present test execution metrics and quality reports to steering committees while mitigating QA risks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software test management as a Test Lead or Test Manager.
• Proven experience managing testing teams of 20-25+ testers across SIT and UAT.
• 5+ years coordinating multiple distributed testing teams and managing vendor testing teams.
• Expertise in all testing phases: Functional, non-functional, smoke, sanity, integration, usability, UAT, end-to-end, regression, and performance.
• Experience driving test automation strategy, including feasibility studies and implementation recommendations.
• Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience with Cloud testing and Microfocus ALM.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and knowledge of security, penetration, and load testing.
• Experience with Medicaid/MMIS projects, CMS standards, MITA frameworks, or Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM).
