Description

Lead software test projects and direct quality assurance initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute test cases to maximize coverage for critical system features.
• Develop test plans and procedures for new features and sustaining efforts.
• Enhance and execute automated tests and frameworks to improve software testability.
• Triage defects and communicate parameters to developers to ensure rapid reproduction and fixes.
• Install and set up test environments while managing test execution plans.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong functional testing skills paired with automation experience using Selenium.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Expertise in integration testing and documenting business processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot errors and perform independent verification and validation.
• Proven ability to lead test projects and manage defect logging and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
