Description

Lead quality assurance for embedded systems, owning the design and development of test automation frameworks and the integration of hardware-software components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust test automation frameworks for embedded environments.
• Integrate and verify systems involving both software and hardware components.
• Execute test methods across software, mechanical, electrical, functional, and environmental testing environments.
• Analyze device performance, memory usage, and identify key reliability metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical testing and reliability experience, specifically in electro-mechanical or electrical testing.
• Experience working in Embedded development starting from the Hardware Prototype level.
• Expertise in designing and developing Test Automation Frameworks.
• Proficiency in API testing using tools like Rest Assured or similar.
• Experience with Unit Test Frameworks such as TestNG/JUnit and Cmock.
• Experience testing Android or iOS devices using Appium.
• Familiarity with wireless protocols (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Low Energy/BLE).
• Experience using Bus & Protocol Analyzers (e.g., CATC USB Chief, Wireshark, I2C/SPI/UART).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of quality standards, including IEC 60601-1-1, 1-2, and FDA guidelines.
