Description

Lead testing activities and deliverables for small to medium projects across multiple geographies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define test delivery strategies covering manual, performance, and automation testing within Agile and Waterfall SDLCs.
• Plan test phases, manage estimations, and collaborate with Project Managers and Product Owners to define scope.
• Establish and enforce testing processes, methodologies, and guidelines from preparation through post Go-live delivery.
• Manage test data, environment strategies, and defect management processes.
• Coordinate with SMEs, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of UAT and specialized testing scopes.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional testing experience.
• 4+ years of experience leading teams of 3-6 resources.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency in test planning, estimation, and traceability matrix management.
• Experience with Test Data Management and Test Environment Management strategies.
• Strong background in defect management and risk mitigation.
• Ability to manage client relationships and vendor collaborations.
• Proven experience in UAT support and delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collecting testing metrics for RCA and retrospectives.
• Knowledge of SLA reporting.
