Description

Lead end-to-end test delivery for large-scale multifunctional projects, managing stakeholders and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategies, plans, and estimation models for full delivery cycles.
• Manage onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Oversee manual testing across functional, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end workflows.
• Review test scenarios and cases to guarantee full requirement traceability and coverage.
• Triage defects and clarify requirements by collaborating directly with development and BA teams.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience delivering large-scale projects.
• Deep Property & Casualty (P&C) domain expertise.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
• Proficiency with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Advanced SQL concepts and data querying skills.
• Experience in test process standardization and automation assessment.
• Proven ability to manage client stakeholders and business communications.
• Ability to work independently and own assigned tasks from start to finish.
