Description

You will lead testing efforts for significant system migrations and feature releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategy and create test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead a team of testers involved in the CIS system migration, focusing on data migration and integrations.
• Interact with cross-functional teams and vendors to test assigned user stories and features.
• Resolve and mitigate issues and risks identified during the testing cycle.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, and analysts to clarify requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in the Utilities sector.
• Strong technical and functional expertise in QA.
• Proven experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Experience using automation tools such as Playwright.
• Familiarity with requirement tracking using Jira.
• Experience working with systems like SAP, Salesforce, IBM ACE, or Utility IQ.
• Ability to understand and translate user stories into detailed test artifacts.

Preferred Skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
