Own QA strategy and testing execution for banking software projects, ensuring quality across functional, peripheral, and branch applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define software process performance goals and measurement plans aligned with business objectives.
• Compile and interpret testing reports to track quality metrics and project status.
• Conduct system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting of software applications.
• Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks and industry testing standards.
• Manage test execution using HP ALM Quality Centre, JIRA, and Confluence.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Lead in Banking or Financial domain projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT QA, functional testing, and peripheral testing.
• Expertise in SDLC, testing concepts, and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
• Proficiency in HP ALM Quality Centre, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools: Postman, SoapUI, Git/Bitbucket, and Maven.
• Solid experience in system analysis, assessment, and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Branch applications.
• Experience with metrics-driven process improvement.
