Description

You will lead QA efforts, integrating testing practices across the development lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and automated testing.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, system, and data quality testing.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts and regression beds.
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams through transformations.
• Track and report on QA metrics, Agile progress, and release readiness to leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing and QA leadership.
• Expertise in automated testing using Selenium.
• Proven experience in regression, system, and systems integration testing.
• Experience setting up and optimizing DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes.
• Demonstrated success leading Agile teams and coaching on best practices.
• Familiarity with ETL processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
