Description

Lead quality assurance for the OMS Upgrade Project, owning test strategy, execution, and defect management for complex ADMS/OMS environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, scenarios, and comprehensive test cases.
• Create and validate Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTMs) to ensure complete testing coverage.
• Execute functional, system integration, user acceptance, and regression testing.
• Manage the defect lifecycle, including documentation, tracking, validation, and retesting.
• Track testing metrics, application downtime, and report risks to project leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with large, complex ADMS/OMS environments (mandatory).
• Experience with GE Vernova (GEV) ADMS v3.11 or higher is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in functional, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SCADA, GIS integration, and utility industry platforms.
• Ability to collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and product owners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise utility platforms such as GE Vernova, ABB, Hitachi Energy, or Siemens.
• Background in Outage Management Systems (OMS) or Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS).
