Description

Lead testing efforts by establishing strategies, building teams, and documenting quality processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish testing strategies and build the testing team.
• Gather and document requirements to create and update project use cases.
• Develop test scenarios, scripts, and plans while coordinating reviews with business and technical groups.
• Identify, analyze, and document software defects to assist developers with resolution.
• Monitor and perform user acceptance testing and manage project tasks alongside project managers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Experience establishing testing strategies and documenting procedures.
• Ability to review requirements and tie bugs back to specific requirements.
• Experience performing bug analysis and managing defect lifecycles.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and direct full-time employees.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with PMs and BAs.
• Experience with test plan, script, and result reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
