Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts, driving process improvement and technical execution across software delivery cycles.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams through transformations.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, system, and data quality testing.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts and regression suites.
• Mentor QA and Agile teams while reporting key metrics on quality and release readiness.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing, QA leadership, and Agile environments.
• Proven experience in regression, system, systems integration, and QA data quality testing.
• Experience setting up and optimizing DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes.
• Demonstrated success leading Agile teams and coaching on Agile best practices.
• Proficiency with automated testing tools, specifically Selenium.
• Strong background in strategic test planning for complex enterprise applications.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Safe and Etl frameworks.
