Description

Lead testing strategy and manage end-to-end quality assurance for software projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish testing strategies and document all processes and procedures.
• Build and direct the existing testing team of full-time employees.
• Translate business requirements into detailed use cases and test scenarios.
• Develop, execute, and review test plans, scripts, and user acceptance test results.
• Identify, analyze, and document software defects while assisting developers with resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Proven ability to develop test scenarios and test scripts.
• Experience investigating, selecting, and configuring testing automation tools.
• Strong proficiency in bug analysis and tying defects back to requirements.
• Ability to monitor and perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Experience reviewing technical artifacts and project processes for quality assurance.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
