Description

Lead software test projects and set technical direction for quality assurance efforts.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute test cases to maximize coverage for critical system features.
• Develop test plans and procedures for new features and sustain existing testing efforts.
• Enhance and execute automated test frameworks while influencing software design to improve testability.
• Triage defects and communicate parameters to developers to ensure rapid reproduction and fixes.
• Set up test environments and prioritize automation versus manual testing efforts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong functional testing skills with automation experience using Selenium.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to perform integration testing and understand business processes.
• Experience with custom applications and e-commerce domains.
• Proven ability to document, troubleshoot, and triage errors.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
