Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Lead QA delivery, defining test strategies, plans, and ensuring release readiness for large transformation programs.

Drive automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber (BDD), Playwright, and Java across UI and API layers.

Design and execute end‑to‑end testing, including functional, API, data validation, and regression testing.

Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and promote shift‑left testing practices.

Manage defect lifecycle, reporting, and stakeholder communication using Jira and QA dashboards.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to validate business workflows and ensure high product quality.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

8–10 years of experience in QA engineering and test automation roles.

Strong expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, Java) and API testing (REST, Postman).

Proven experience in CI/CD integration (GitLab), SQL data validation, and leading end‑to‑end QA delivery in Agile environments
