Description

Lead testing activities for complex software implementation programs across large-scale projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement testing strategies for cloud-based SaaS applications.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans including unit, system integration, accessibility, regression, performance, and UAT.
• Validate detailed requirements and report testing progress and defect status to technical teams and project sponsors.
• Create and maintain test automation scripts.
• Manage software testing operations for large-scale IT organizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years managing software testing for large-scale IT organizations.
• Experience testing cloud-based applications with a focus on SaaS delivery modes.
• Proficiency in test automation, including planning and script creation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with software development life cycles.
