Lead SDET initiatives and oversee test automation strategy for web and API applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead SDET initiatives to improve software quality.
• Design and implement test automation scenarios for web and API applications.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve analytical problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA or SDET roles.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Jest or Karate.
• Hands-on experience with web and API automation tools like Playwright or Webdriver.io.
• Experience optimizing CI/CD tools including GitLab, Jenkins, or Ansible.
• Advanced management of version control systems using Git.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
