Lead quality strategy and execution for digital applications within an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing team in developing manual test cases, implementing BDD principles, and executing testing for sprints and epics.
• Drive planning and execution of complex testing activities, including integration, system, regression, and business acceptance testing.
• Coordinate performance testing cycles and collaborate with automation engineers to maximize testing capabilities.
• Manage the defect management process and identify, report, and mitigate risk management concerns.
• Determine test data requirements and oversee the creation of efficient test environments, including virtualization.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance roles focusing on digital applications.
• Proven experience in functional, regression, and automated testing.
• Expertise in driving complex testing plans and facilitating stakeholder sign-off.
• Experience working within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of the software stack, UX design, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to lead defect management and coordinate with scrum masters to remove blockers.
• Knowledge of risk-based test methodology and technical test strategy development.
• Experience managing and providing guidance to QA vendor or application partners.
• Capability to mature existing frameworks and maintain testing libraries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with virtualization tools for test environment management.
